At Sheep SUNRISE, where freshness is key, we want everyone to enjoy fresh lamb, as indicated by the 'fresh' in our name. Therefore, we primarily offer domestic lamb, along with Australian and imported lamb, all of which are provided fresh and never frozen. You can savor lamb from various regions and ages in our Genghis Khan style.
At Sheep SUNRISE, our staff will grill the meat right in front of you to ensure it is cooked to your preferred doneness. We offer fresh lamb, so we recommend enjoying it rare.
Our History
With the desire to spread the deliciousness of lamb to the Japanese people, Lamb SUNRISE started from Azabu-Juban. The second location, Kagurazaka, is currently challenging the next stage of Genghis Khan since January 2021. Enjoy the adventure of lamb with the highest quality domestic lamb meat, which accounts for less than 1% of the distribution, and carefully selected imported lamb in Kagurazaka.
